Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly collection forecast
• Prepare required reports such as but not limited to Collection reports, actual collections made, Statement of Account, Open Balance Statement and reconciliation report
• Handle the daily collection follow up for clients with due and defaulted payments
• Coordinate with Sales Agents and drivers for collection of cheques and other payments
• Responsible for the posting of Receipt vouchers in the system with accurate payment application
• Prepare and post customer invoices and organize timely delivery to customer via courier services.
• Prepare and follow up the needed documents for the LC application
• Prepare client LC Register with all relevant information.
• Prepare the Proforma invoice, Debit/Credit memo and demand letter/payment reminder.

• Perform daily site visits to follow-up daily market news
• Prepares orders and price quotations to customer; completes government bid requests and reviews with Sales Manager prior to submission to agency; writes letters to provide information to customer inquiries as needed.
• Submits sales activity and forecast reports to Sales Manager; provides briefings to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested.
• Liaise with finance department for credit facility and organize proper documentation about customers as per company policies and procedures.

• Check drawings of the Rebar Detailers.
• Analyzes contract drawings from clients.
• Prepares steel reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedule.
• Coordinates with the contractor for additional information and any other comments to ensure that details provided comply with the requirements
• Evaluates and review shop drawings related to civil works.
• Coordinates with Sales and Production Department for the delivery and fabrication.
• Attend meeting with clients as required.
